HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We use Australia Post Click and Send delivery service, which allows your parcel to be tracked. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your order whilst in transit, simply visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and follow the instructions. Your tracking number will be issued to you via email after your order has been processed.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No, Wooly Wire is an online shop only. All products purchased will be sent to the buyers specified address via Australia Post.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
All shipping costs are calculated by the cubic dimensions and weight of the order, along with the location of delivery. Wooly Wire delivers Australia wide only.

Wooly Wire is dedicated to processing your order and dispatching it promptly. All in-stock items will be dispatched within 2 business working days from the date of receipt. This does not include public holidays.

Yes, all products are insured whilst in transit with Australia Post. Once orders are delivered to the specified shipping address they are no longer covered.
